Its a great book I must say. It is not just about a few set characters, its a culmination of many short stories. It is a great read for the Halo fanboy/fangirl. Some stories range from the beginning of it all to after it all ended. I'd give this a 5 outta 5.

My favorite character so far would have to have been... Preston J. Cole. Also the books are based off of the game.

ReplyDeleteThe book/games are about the struggle of Earth and her colonies against the juggernaut alien zealots known as the Covenant. It takes place in th 2500's. This particular book doesn't base itself around a single specific character for very long, but the majority of them are UNSC (United Nations Marine Corps) or ONI (Office of Navel Intelligence) personell. The book pretty much depicts their own personal struggle against the covenant.

ReplyDeleteDescribe the setting to me. I gather it takes place in the future. Who are the main characters? How do their lives differ from our lives? Is it a good vrs. evil conflict?
I cant say there is a good versus evil because it takes place through both sides while they both believe they are in the right. And the setting takes place on many different worlds. And the characters are not set.
